Purchasing a digital file from DESIGNER MAPS® implies the following conditions:
When you, or your company, buys a digital file(s) from DESIGNER MAPS® a license is granted to use these digital files by arrangement with the publisher, Holmes Linnette, once full and final payment is received. This license allows you, your company, or associated companies, to use DESIGNER MAPS® subject to agreement, with no further rights to pay. Non-payment, or failure to pay within our payment terms, will revoke any license to use DESIGNER MAPS®.
Designer Maps® can be incorporated into any printed or electronic media connected to you, your company, or associated companies, or for personal use, by prior agreement. Massive use of Designer Maps® digital files, such as for producing a geographical atlas, is subject to prior agreement. Transfer or dissemination in any form to a third party not associated with you, your company, or associated companies, is forbidden.
As author and publisher, Holmes Linnette retains the ownership of all Designer Maps®. Exclusive usage of DESIGNER MAPS® can be negotiated where such maps are specifically created for a particular application, subject to agreement of our terms and prices and payment in full.
All operations other than those described above in this license agreement are forbidden and may incur the user's liability.
DESIGNER MAPS® are supplied as industry standard high resolution digital PDF files for print or multimedia use and as low resolution digital PDF or JPEG files for internet use.
DESIGNER MAPS® is a registered trademark of HOLMES LINNETTE. All the other brand names in this website are trademarks registered by Holmes Linnette and their protected character is indicated.
